Zoom version 5.14.10.19202 for macOS was pushed into production for Patch Management clients around 5:42 am ET. As machines checked into the Patch Management server, they pulled down that version of Zoom. Upon installation, the new application version incorrectly removed the Zoom application from the machines.
We quickly identified the issue and removed the patch from production. After removal, we proactively set up policies within the MDM (Jamf) to reinstall the Zoom application on the machines that reported the application as uninstalled.
